These recipes are a combination of authentic dishes served on the Project Help compounds and simple, crowd-pleasing recipes that a Haitian family could create. Proceeds from this book will be applied towards the Project Help Haiti Partnering Fund which helps maintain vehicles, facilities and pay Haitian employee salaries.
